It's hard to find good service yet alone.Exceptional service!! We all have rough times we all have bad patches and life and things happen. Not only was Amanda and Norma so professional but they were people not robots. They took into my situation, did the best they could, and went way above and beyond. And showed empathy, this is my second loan with South West. These ladies treated me better than people who work now days that feel entitled! They don't just care about their job, they actually care about the people that come in. With that being said , I will always refer people here and when in need , I will always be back , they have a customer for life!
